  • Run file-sharing or torrent platforms

Email usage

Where email services are included, you must:

  • Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending bulk communications
  • Include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in all marketing emails
  • Comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and UK GDPR
  • Not send unsolicited commercial email (spam)

We may suspend email functionality immediately if spam activity is detected, to protect our sending reputation.

Resource usage

Our services operate on a fair-use basis intended for normal website and application operation. If your usage is excessive or affects other users, we will contact you to discuss the situation and work towards a resolution before taking further action.

Security responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are expected to:

  • Keep your software and applications up to date
  • Use strong, unique credentials for your accounts
  • Not run vulnerability scanning or exploitation tools against our infrastructure or other users
  • Report any suspected security incidents or account compromises promptly

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of services for investigation
  • Immediate suspension for serious breaches (including illegal activity or threats to infrastructure security)
  • Permanent termination of services for repeated or severe violations

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.
