Introduction
This refund policy applies to all paid services provided by be braver Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) under our brands: be braver now, be braver online, be braver hosting, WP Static Conversions and Static Host UK.
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel most service contracts within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving a reason. This is referred to as the “cooling-off period”.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may do so by:

Refunds for cancellations within the cooling-off period
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:
- If the service has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund
- If you have requested that the service begin during the cooling-off period and have given your prior express consent, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Cancellations after the cooling-off period
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
Faulty or substandard services
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If a service is not provided as agreed or falls below a reasonable standard, you may be entitled to:
- A repeat performance of the service at no extra cost
- A price reduction, if repeat performance is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time
Exceptions
The right to cancel may not apply in certain circumstances, including:
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement that your right of cancellation would be lost
- Bespoke or personalised digital services created to your specification
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@bebraver.ltd with your name, the service in question and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 working days.
