Introduction

These terms govern your use of services provided by be braver Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 06612298, with registered address at Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

These terms apply to all services offered under our brands: be braver now, be braver online, be braver hosting, WP Static Conversions and Static Host UK.

Acceptance of terms

By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Services

We provide a range of digital services including web hosting, website development, digital consultancy, static site conversion and static website hosting. The specific features, pricing and terms of each service are described on the respective brand websites.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services.

Your obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Abide by our Acceptable Use Policy

Payment and billing

Where services are provided on a paid basis, fees are as stated on the relevant brand website. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Content you create or upload using our services remains your property. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host, store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages
  • We provide services on a best-effort basis without a formal service level agreement

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected services. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to retrieve your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our websites or by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
